Gresa Smolica
Gresa Smolica is a doctoral candidate at Freie Universität Berlin researching varieties and regimes of public procurement. She also leads Re-ACT Lab, a regional think tank based in Prishtina. She completed her master’s degree in data science for public policy at the Hertie School in Berlin. Her research mainly focuses on policy design and applying data science methods for more informed policy-making.
